Pursuant to Section 165(1) of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal of Kenya, the Kenya High Commission in London is disposing by way of sale by public tender, the underlisted motor vehicles.

The vehicles are being sold on “as is basis” and prospective bidder(s) is expected to pay VAT since the vehicles were duty exempt as at the time of their initial purchase.
