Things to Note:

Applicants are advised to submit completed applications STRICTLY ONLY via POSTAL SERVICES.

(Appointments for Passports & ID's only)

Provide your full name and postal address, telephone number and emails on the application forms before sending your application by post to facilitate dispatch of processed documents.

Note that it shall be the responsibility of clients to immediately notify us in writing via immigration@kenyahighcom.org.uk  of any changes to their postal address to avoid inconveniences in delivery of services.

Personal Cheques are not acceptable.

Any document in a language other than English MUST be translated and certified as a true translation by the issuing authority or representative Embassy.

Note that Marriage Certificates and Certificates of Birth shall be forwarded to the respective Departmental and Agency Headquarters in Nairobi for confirmation before a legalisation is issued.

Incomplete applications will not be processed and will be rejected.

Requirements to Legalise Documents

Application Letter detailing the need for legalisation, signed & dated by the author

Original and copy of each of the documents to be legalised

Copy of identity of the applicant

Fee of £5.00 per copy payable  by Postal Order addressed to the Kenya High Commission

A self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of your critical document(s)  (for postal applications). The envelope should have sufficient return postage.
