To the Kenyan community in Scotland,
We regret to inform you that Hon. Dr. Alfred N. Mutua, EGH, Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs will be unable to attend the outreach programme that will be held in Glasgow, Scotland on Saturday, 18th March 2023, as he will join colleagues in honouring the life of David Gatuthu, who passed away while serving in London and is scheduled to be buried tomorrow, Saturday, 17th March 2023.
However, on both the 17th and 18th of March 2023, High Commission Consular services will continue as scheduled.
