The Kenya High Commission London has today launched processing of epassports, with the first applicants undertaking the exercise at an event witnessed by Director of Immigration Alex Muteshi and High Commissioner Manoah Esipisu.  Mr. Francis Magero was the very first applicant processed in London, ending months of anticipation for Kenyan citizens resident in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The Government has designated the Kenya High Commission in London as one of the six epassport processing centres abroad where applications by the diaspora can be submitted.

A comprehensive list of requirements and application procedures are available on our website, www.kenyahighcom.org.uk, and other Mission social media channels, including on Twitter @KenyaMissionUK and the High Commissioner’s handle @MEsipisu.

Applications will be received at the mission strictly on appointment basis. Appointments can be made on the Mission website and all prospective applicants are advised to put together all necessary requirements before appearing in person at the High Commission.  "We are glad that London is up and running and look forward to a smooth processing of this vital document for Kenyan residents in this part of the world," said Mr. Muteshi, who was accompanied to the launch by Senior officials from the Directorate of Immigration Mr. James Nyatigoh and Mr. David Wambilianga.
