Contract For A Firm Of Solicitors To Provide Legal Services The Kenya High Commission in London intends to contract a United Kingdom (UK) based firm of solicitors to act on behalf of the Mission on cross cutting legal matters details of which will be made available upon shown interest.
- UK Qualified firm of Solicitors in England and Wales with over 6 years qualification experience;
- Be current member of the Law Society of England and Wales and in active practice;
- Added advantage if the firm has knowledge of the Kenyan Law particularly Public Procurement and Assets Disposal Act 2015 and subsidiary regulations; and
- Demonstrable experienced and knowledge in litigation & dispute resolution, general commercial and contract law as well as property law.
Will be provided to firms that will express their interest detailing the Terms of Reference.
To be provided by the firm based on guidelines contained in the schedules outlined by the Law Society of England and Wales.
