Multiple entry visas may be issued on application for British citizens only. Other citizens will have their applications referred to immigration headquarters for processing.

To enable us serve you better, It is imperative that you book an appointment when submitting your applications for all Consular Services

Visa applications without complete requirements will not be processed. Please ensure all the requirements are met.

Applicants should allow 3 business days to process visa applications.

Applications made in person are eliglible for Debit card payments.

Visa Requirements for Applying in Person

Duly filled application form (Click to Download)

One passport UK standard sized photograph taken on white background and within the last six months;

Proof of at least three (3) previous visits to Kenya (Copies of visas);
4
A national passport (original and copy) that is valid for at least  one(1) year and has  two (2) blank pages;

Visa processing fee of £60.00 payable by card (for those applying in person) or by Postal Order/ Bankers Cheque ( for postal applications).

Passports should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of intended entry into Kenya.

A letter from the applicant/ host /employer detailing the need for multiple entries;

The letter from the host/employer should indicate the relationship  to the applicant and be on a company letterhead where applicable.

Non-British Citizens should provide applicant’s copy of UK residence in addition to the above; and submit all applicable documents in triplicate.

Any other document as may be required and are applicable to specific applicants.

Minors (under 18) travelling on their own require written consent from either parent.
Applicants applying for visa to visit spouses in Kenya should avail:
Copy of marriage certificate
Copy of Passport/National ID of spouse
Copy of residence/work permit for spouse if not Kenyan
Applicants applying for visa to visit their children schooling in Kenya should include:
Copy of Child’s birth Certificate
Copy of Child’s passport
Copy of child’s student/pupil pass
