Maasai Cultural Arts showcase its outstanding performance at the Kenya High Commission in London

On 12th July 2017, Maasai Cultural Arts, Kenya Boys choir, the Chasing Deer and GAP year members paid a courtesy call on the High Commissioner H.E. Lazarus Amayo and the Staff of the Mission. The troupe that was led by Ms. Diana Badia, their Kenyan traditional cultural Ambassador Sabore Ole Oyie, and Mr. Kibny’aanko Seroney of KASS FM entertained the High Commissioner and members of staff with some of popular Kenyan traditional songs.

Masai Cultural Arts is an African Arts organization dealing in the promotion of African cultural Arts through African Performance and workshops in institutions, Communities, private events and Corporate. In conjunction with the Kenya Tourism Board, the Maasai Cultural Arts have been organizing countrywide promotional and tour programs aimed at marketing Kenya. This year’s event will be held from 3rd July to  24th August 2017. The theme of the event is How well do you know Kenya. The Group has also collaborated with Chasing Deer, a British band in order to promote Kenyan culture by creating popular Kenyan traditional songs.
