On Friday 9th December 2016 Leaders, Academics and Kenyan students will gather at the University of Birmingham for the Kenyan Student Conference UK 2016.
This event is free to attend and is open to all Kenyan students who are currently studying at a higher education institution in the UK. In part this is a celebration of Kenyan student success in the UK but it will also offer a great opportunity to network, inform and to share best practice and experiences.
Attendees will also hear from various speakers led by Kenyan Cabinet Secretary, Education, Dr Fred Matiangi (guest of honour) from the Kenyan Ministry of Education Science and Technology and Kenyan High Commissioner to the UK His Excellency Mr Lazarus Amayo from the Kenyan High Commission, in addition to other guests from Kenya and the UK.
