The Kenya High Commission, London is pleased to invite ALL Kenyan students who have come to the UK for study, as well as Kenyan students domiciled in the UK to the third Kenyan Student Conference scheduled for Saturday 9th March 2019 at the Nottingham Trent University City Site campus.
This year’s conference theme is “Empowering Youth – Transforming Kenya” and will be hosted by the Nottingham Trent University. The chief guest will be Amb. (Dr.) Amina C. Mohamed EGH, CAV, the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Education
The conference aims to support students in an “After University” strategy and to engage students in discussion on employment, self-employment, the transition back to Kenya and into the work place both in Kenya and the UK. It will, therefore, give students the tools and the principles to transform Kenya as well as inspire them to use the knowledge they have acquired for the realisation of Kenya’s Vision 2030 agenda.
We will be delighted to have you present at this conference in order to network; hear about real life experiences from alumni and peers; as well as ask questions and interact with senior government officials, academics and industry professionals.
